Farm Community Fund helps keep natural spaces open and land in the hands of farmers by supporting a diverse network of farms and organizations. In 2021 we will make grants to as many as 50 initiatives from Vermont to South Carolina. Jeffrey's fundraiser is helping to build those project grants.
Jeffrey joined Team CSA in March 2021 and plans to ride in the Berkshires Farm to Fork Fitness Adventure in October. Did you know that between 2001 and 2016 Massachusetts lost 27,200 acres of agricultural land to development? This includes crop land for producing foods, pasture lands for grazing animals, and woodlands.
The money that Jeffrey raises for Farm Community Fund will work to help preserve the farmlands that remain in Massachusetts and beyond by supporting a diverse network of farms and agricultural initiatives that connect people to local foods and the land.

Team CSA is Cyclists Supporting Agriculture. Athletes of any experience level who love to ride their bikes through iconic farmland, and who depend on farms for healthy foods and open spaces that fuel outdoor adventures are fundraising for Farm Community Fund.
